About our coaching program
The purpose of this Coaching program is to partner with participants to learn to consistently obtain desired results in all areas of their life while maintaining or increasing their well-being.

The Program consists of eight, 2-hour meetings delivered over approximately five months with two to three weeks between each meeting. This is a fixed-term program and is not intended to be an on-going process; however some participants desire and benefit from additional meetings and that can be negotiated.

When coaching is used within a work setting, special emphasis will be on getting results at work (using your own organisational objectives and values). But it will also be important to maintain or improve all areas of life, leading to a well-balanced and purposeful way of being.

Often employees and managers will partner with a coach to design a program to meet a number of objectives and in these situations, the coach can sit down with both parties to develop an agreed upon approach and timeline.

Findings from the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) latest research initiative, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Global Coaching Client Survey, revealed that:

  • 80 percent of individuals have experienced a positive change in self-esteem/self-confidence as a result of partnering with a professional coach

  • Companies have seen a median return on investment of 700 percent, or seven times their initial investment

  • 83 percent of coaching clients reported being “very satisfied” with their coaching experience

  • 96 percent of coaching clients indicated they would repeat the coaching process, given the same circumstances

According to the study, professional coaching is being used to help people around the world improve work performance, expand career opportunities and increase self-esteem.

Meetings are one-on-one or via Skype if a face to face meeting isn’t practical.
